- Complete assembly and disassembly of onshore wind turbines of all common types (Enercon, Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, Nordex, etc.).
- Rotor and tower disassembly using large cranes and specialized lifting systems.
- Disassembly of burned‐out or damaged turbines including securing and proper disposal of contaminated components.
- Project planning: Creation of lifting and deconstruction concepts, transport and safety plans.
- Maintenance according to manufacturer specifications (300-hour, annual, and special maintenance).
- Repair of large components (generator, gearbox, transformers, yaw bearing, rotor blades).
- DGUV V3 inspections of electrical systems and equipment.
- Inspection of personal protective equipment (PPE) & statutory safety checks (UVV).
- 24/7 emergency service & remote monitoring for early detection and quick deployment coordination.
- Deconstruction of entire turbines including foundation using heavy equipment and special formwork.
- Category-pure material separation (steel, concrete, fiberglass reinforced plastic, copper, electronics).
- Recycling of rotor blades through shredding and thermal/material recovery.
- Disposal according to the Federal Emission Control Act (BImSchG) and the Closed Substance Cycle Waste Management Act (KrWG) in compliance with all environmental legal requirements.
- Heavy and special transports of large components (rotor blades >70 m, generators, hubs, towers).
- International project logistics including customs handling, route planning, and transport permits.
- Combined transport solutions (road, sea, inland waterways, rail).
- Brokerage and sale of wind turbines (new & used) – whole turbines or individual components.
- Trade in spare parts (new, refurbished or used) for various manufacturers.
- Warehousing & fast availability through own central warehouse.
- Technical advice on availability, compatibility and retrofitting.

Our History
January 1, 2013
Foundation
AK Dienstleistungen was founded and started as a sole proprietorship. We gained experience in the wind power sector through training and projects as a subcontractor.

June 2013
First project contracts
After just under half a year, we were able to disassemble 15 wind turbines and, in cooperation with other firms, also re‐assemble some.

Change of company form
In 2017 AK Dienstleistungen was converted into AK Fehmarn GmbH & Co. KG.

Expansion
Since 2019 our company has also been active in the service and maintenance sector, employing now 15 staff in Germany and another 35 employees worldwide at 7 locations.

By 2025, we have already assembled or disassembled more than 1000 wind turbines.
